Bedtime Moon Mylk: for better sleep

THE BASE:
In a saucepan lightly warm:
8oz of Goodmylk Almond or Hemp
1TBSP cacao butter
1 teaspoon raw honey
Once warm put in blender and add in ingredients below based on recipe option.
THE VARIATIONS:
Rose Beauty:
1/4 tsp ashwagandha
1/2 tsp rose powder or 1 oz rose water
1/4 tsp pearl powder
Blend until frothy
Lavender:
1/4 tsp ashwagandah
1 tsp chef's grade lavender buds
Blend until frothy
Pour through strainer into mug
White chocolate Raspberry:
4-6 organic raspberries
1/4 tsp ashwagandah
1/4 tsp astragalus
Blend until frothy
Turmeric Spice:
1/8 tsp Turmeric or our favorite Golden Glow blend
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamum
Blend until frothy
Blue Chill:
1/4 tsp ashwagandah
1/8 tsp blue spirulina
Blend until frothy
