In order to lock in optimal freshness, taste and nutritional value, Goodmylk is immediately flash frozen after each batch is prepared. This also allows for less processing so we can deliver a truly homemade product to our customers.

There's no minimum commitment for a Goodmylk subscription. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel your plan at any time. You can make changes to your plan until 5pm PST on the Friday before your next box is scheduled to ship.

Goodmylk comes frozen in a recyclable box, or aluminum tin depending on the product.

Our mylks are great for cooking. In cooking and baking recipes, simply substitute the same amount of Goodmylk for cow's milk on a one-to-one basis.

For lattes and other steamed drinks, the perfect steaming temperature for Goodmylk is between 130-135ºF. Product can withstand temperatures of up to 170ºF.

You can store your mylk in the refrigerator in any reusable pitcher or quart bottle. Glass or stainless steel containers with sealed caps are best.

Each box of Concentrate mylks contain six packets, which each yield 32 ounces of Goodmylk once mixed with water.

Yes, always refrigerate your Goodmylk. Because we don't use any preservatives or pasteurization, our products are perishable and require cold storage at 41ºF or less.

The shelf life on our frozen mylks is up to 6 months frozen. Once thawed, the mylk has a 5-day shelf life. Frozen pouches should never be thawed and re-frozen.

Remove frozen packet from freezer and thaw overnight. The next day, mix the mylk with filtered water by hand or in a blender (our preferred method). If you need to thaw quickly you can run it under water until thawed.

Just that. Our frozen concentrate allows you to have homemade plant mylk by simply adding water and stirring.

Do not touch uninsulated dry ice with your bare hands. Your dry ice should fully dissipate within 24 hours of delivery. After putting your mylk in the freezer, place the insulated bag (with the dry ice still inside) in a well-ventilated area until any remaining ice has disappeared.

 

Be sure to keep the dry ice out of reach of children and animals, and don't place it on any tiled or solid surfaces (like in a sink), as it can cause severe damage. Once the ice has dissipated, you can recycle the box and insulated bag.

In most cases, you do not need to be home in order for your box to be delivered. Carriers can leave the package without a signature. We pack our boxes with enough dry ice to keep contents frozen for several hours after delivery, but it's important to get them into a freezer as soon as possible to maintain freshness.

Yes! You can expect an email including a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created for your order.

Your package should arrive in 2-10 business days from the day that we receive your order. This includes both processing and shipping time. You'll always receive an email with tracking info once your Goodmylk ships out!

All of our packaging materials are recyclable. Simply dispose of them as per your local recycling program. If your shipment arrives with biodegradable green packing peanuts, those can be either composted or dissolved in water.
