⚠︎ Please be aware that both FedEx and USPS are reporting shipment delays due to record volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures, weather events, and limited employee availability. Along with these delays there have also been nationwide packaging and dry ice shortages. Our shipping partner made the decision to hold any orders that wouldn't arrive within 2 business days to keep your order from arriving thawed. Shipping times may be delayed, but most will ship within 2-10 business days. Thank you for your understanding!

Our team is making every effort to get you your order as soon as possible. If more than two weeks have passed since placing your order please send us a message with your order # and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that our Frozen Products ship via FedEx 2Day and Powdered products ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and do ship separately.

At Goodmylk Co, we use pouches that are made from a recyclable material called BOPA, very similar to what bags most coffee beans are packaged in. We are doing our best to find a compostable or biodegradable option, but unfortunately they don’t exist for frozen products yet. These bags are 100% recyclable and much less waste than the standard tetra paks most current alt milks are packaged in.

Our shipping partner then packs our products with dry ice and uses ClimaCell, an insulation material made from renewable plant-based components and paper. This packaging is 100% recyclable as well.

All of our packaging materials are recyclable. Simply dispose of them as per your local recycling program. If your shipment arrives with biodegradable green packing peanuts, those can be either composted or dissolved in water
